Critical Review:
Fans of Bella and Katniss will eat up Paranormalcy and love the addition of another strong female to the genre. Evie is witty, independent, and thinks for herself. Even in the midst of chaos and having her life and those around her threatened Evie new loses her sense of humor or her positive attitude. Evie is a heroine for a generation of strong willed girls who do not need the boys to save them and more often than not end up saving the boys.
